Chapin Crisis and Emergency Management to hold DHS Training
The Village of Chapin, Division of Crisis and Emergency Management hosted Railcar Response early in September, with members of multiple departments in attendance.

On April 22, 2008 Village of Chapin Emergency Service Agencies responded to a school bus vs. car accident exercise.

This exercise involved over 13 different response agencies and responders transported over 12 patients to Passavant Area Hospital.
